Chloe Franklin is a creative fashionista with an eye for design. She has been sewing since she was a young child and made her first dress at the age of 12.
Chloe is a Cincinnati, Ohio native. She attended Walnut Hills High School and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BA in sociology. She received her certificate in Fashion Design Management from Cornell University.
Currently, Chloe is a merchandiser for Kenwood Macy’s, but her true passion is creating fashion pieces from home. She is always looking for new ways to create and inspire.
