Faye Clerk is the founder, chair and president of the Fashion Legacy Association for Industry Recognition (FLAIR), a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization which serves as a resource to empower, mentor, promote and provide educational and professional development programs and scholarships across the country to diverse, economically disadvantaged minority students pursuing careers in the fashion and design industry. The organization also showcases multicultural emerging and prominent designers and honors those who have demonstrated achievement in the fashion and design industry.
