Kim Townsend, founder of Kicodato Designs and Cozie’s Collectibles, is a local fashion designer in the Los Angeles area. Townsend designs “Works of Art” for women and clothes that are “Fun2Wear” for girls. She is a Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) graduate with over 40 years of experience in the fashion industry.
