Morgan Ogryzek (b. 1999, Chicago, IL) is a designer and multidisciplinary artist based in Brooklyn. In 2022, Ogryzek founded the emerging fashion label, KABASIA, to serve as an ongoing experiment with clothing as the exploratory medium.
Her debut collection *Installment I: A Dream Recounted,* figuratively (and quite literally) recounts a dream, a fleeting warped silhouette of memory, and situates this story within the intimacy and quasi-conscious ethos of a bedroom.
Ogryzek studied contemporary art history and social theory at Harvard College and wrote her undergraduate thesis on the commercialization of subversive art and the legacy of Jean-Michel Basquiat.
